INSIDER-OUTSIDER is a musical and interactive experience created by composer and producer Philippe Cohen Solal (Gotan Project) and inspired by the work of American painter and writer Henry Darger, a major figure of the Outsider Art movement.
This immersive experience is part of the transmedia project OUTSIDER, which combines music and dreamlike imagery to immerse us in the hallucinatory universe of the artist. It portrays the attack against the Vivian Girls, the seven young heroines of Darger’s epic novel, as well as their victory over their assailants.
